I ate yogurt every day but still had diarrhea, though probably not as severe as it could have been. No cramping though. The first 4 days my skin on my face, neck, chest, and upper arms was red and felt hot to the touch. I have been having very weird, vivid dreams for the entire 10 days, which is very unusual for me. At times I have felt very light headed and have even felt like I could not focus or concentrate. Have been having bouts of tiredness. The first few days I had no appetite at all, then I got a HUGE appetite. (Maybe my body thought it was STARVING since everything passed through it so quickly!!...) In spite of all this, it DID knock out my nasty sinus infection very quickly. Glad the sinus infection is gone, but I will ask the Dr. for something different in the future...
